The goal of the Academy is to familiarize participants with the basic concepts and principles of marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
Additionally, during the training, participants will learn all stages of the marketing process – analysis, planning, implementation, and control. This will help them understand the process of creating a marketing strategy and its key elements. The workshop format of the training sessions allows for easy acquisition of knowledge and development of marketing skills, as well as the standardization of professional marketing language within their own organization.

Marketing training organized for Product/Brand Managers of one company allows for the expansion of the training program with a follow-up. In this follow-up, Product/Brand Managers prepare an outline of a marketing plan based on a template agreed upon during the training. This element of the training allows for preliminary verification of acquired knowledge and motivates Academy participants to take a more active part in the training.
Each participant of the Academy receives a certificate of completion and an individual discount for further marketing training within the Pharmaceutical Marketing Academy.
