On-the-Job training aims to develop the skills necessary for independently preparing a marketing plan and enhancing the marketing qualifications required in daily work.

Training prepared by the Pharmaceutical Marketing Academy focuses primarily on the analytical part, which is the foundation of the marketing plan preparation process. During the training, the Product/Brand Manager works together with the Trainer/Coach on all key elements of creating a marketing plan. This helps them acquire the ability to comprehensively view their own product in the context of its further development.
