The assessment of a candidate’s potential for the position of Product/Brand Manager is a process that provides insights into the competencies, potential, and knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing of the person applying for this position.

The assessment process can involve both a person already working as a Product/Brand Manager and someone applying for such a position.

Multi-stage Meeting

The process is conducted as a one-day multi-stage meeting. It includes an interview with the candidate and their independent work, culminating in a presentation and discussion with the Assessor. The detailed course of the meeting is tailored to the current role and the position being applied for. 

The entire process ends with the preparation of a report. 

The report contains information about the candidate’s strengths, areas for development, and recommendations for further development in pharmaceutical marketing.
